Since the Dolphins left the Orange Bowl and started play in JRS in 1987 they have 6 playoff wins. Those wins came between 1990 - 2000.

Looks like we need a couple playoff wins this year! With how up and down the league has been o don't see why we can't do it. Granted the o-line can derail it all, but the rest of the team I think is good enough.
 
Hard to believe its been almost 22 years since Don Shula coached a winning playoff game for us.
 
After Shula we were winning with the teams Jimmy Johnson put together, he was in charge of player acquisitions. No surprise we went downhill fast when Wannstedt took over, he was terrible at player acquisition and talent evaluation....Jamar Fletcher over Reggie Wayne...still ticks me off. Regardless talent evaluation and player acquisition have been a problem since 2000 and continue to be a problem. No coach or single position (cough QB cough) is going to fix it...unless that coach has an eye for talent and the front office listens to him.
 
Useless stats are miamis ypc in the run game the last few years...absolutely useless if you cant run the ball when it matters

Not to mention miamis scrapped the read option as a staple...which helps drive the running game...im sure we will still see it sometimes based on opponents and probably more so if this team cant run the ball out of traditional looks
