Yes or No, Does Zack get to finish his career as a Dolphin?
Please give reasons why or why not.

Yes, I think he will work it out so he can stay here. (like taking a paycut if needs be)

Yes he does. But it will be up to him to restructure his contract to stay like Dan did.

Yes, because he is still the heart of this defense, he still posses one of the best football instincts of any middle Linebacker in the NFL, and he is a Dolphin, he should retire a Dolphin. If he was no longer cutting it, then maybe there could be a discussion about it, but he is still one of the best at his job, so there is not discussion.

As much as it will suck - no. I'm afraid Zach's days may be numbered in Saban's system - especially w/ guys like Crowder waiting in the wings (costing less $$, at least for the time being - very BB-esque ). Saban is like BB - who will cut dedicated guys cold when their value is diminished.

Zach is a Mo Fo, and will likely want to keep playing a lot longer than Saban will want to keep him around. Man, that will suck! And - no - it's nothing like Marino. As much as JJ wanted to dispatch Dan, there was just no way he could do it w/out getting lynched by the fans. As popular as Zach is (he's my favorite current player), he's no Marino.

Yes, I know this because I am the omnipotent all-being.

Hmmm...Maybe it's just my imagination but is'nt Seau about 800 years old?...As long as Thomas can still bring it at all he will be here...Thomas hasn't lost anything from his game and as far as injuries go...what about Seau's recent injury problems from last season and already this year...I don't see Saban kicking Junior to the curb....It is true that as Zach ages he will be expected to take pay cuts and I don't see Zach being opposed to that...He wants to stay in Miami with JT and will do whatever's necessary to stay on this team...As far as not fitting into Saban's system that is a load of Mouse Manure!...In my opinion Saban's system is ideal for Zach and for JT...No longer will teams know exactly where these two will be lining up on every stinking play so they should both excel in this system...In my opinion it will prolong their careers rather than shorten them.

i tend to agree

Can't answer that yet....it depends on how he fares this season...Adjusting to Saban's D, even tho he technically doesn't fit what Saban is looking for in a LB. We should know by the end of this season...

What is it that makes people think that Zach is not what Saban is looking for in a LB???? Where are you getting that from exactly???

I would love to see him stay and retire here. He would be with his family (JT) which is the only reason i would see him staying. He is still a pro bowl linebacker no matter what age he is. It would be hard to imagine him taking a pay cut while constantly making the probowl. I hope he stay.
