We need a TE and we could more than likely get him in the 2nd round. He's stud TE but had sub-par workouts which pretty much insures his spot in the 2nd round. What do you think?

I'd use #40 on him. Despite his poor 40 yard dash(at the combine), he's still the best all around tight-end, and considering how weak this class is, I can't see him lasting to #60. Although it could be the case that only 3 or 4 TEs are taken on the 1st day at all.

Miller is pretty solid but I think a big time sleeper at TE is Ben Patrick from Delaware. From what Ive been reading on him, he is super athletic and has great hands. He is raw but reminds me of Gates a few years ago. The only issue is Im not sure how long he is supposed to last..

Patrick had 60 catches last year but playing for Delaware, I think he should be there at 60 for sure, I've always liked Scott Chandler from Iowa, at 6-7 he's a wideout in a tight ends body

As an ASU alum I don't want to sound like a homer, but I think he is just as good as another former Sun Devil (Todd Heap). His combine numbers were not great, but I think he has better hands than McMike, better blocker too, but less speed. I would maybe use a 2nd rounder on him.

I wouldn't spend a high choice on a tight end period. Just let Martin play mostly. When the value is there next year, then you take him.
