This Guy needs more Credit!! Winning Teams have these kind of No Nonsense guys who Not only do the Dirty work but play with Energy and Emotion that bleeds through the Entire team.. Great pickup from Ravens a couple years ago.. These type of Players are the Keys to Long term success.

His effort is absolutely first rate! The kid wins on sheer desire
and doesn't hurt that he seems to be kind of country strong!
Also rather obvious Flo really likes him!

He's got the "profile" we're looking for!

My only question is how high a tender they gonna have to give him.

feels like a guy if he played every snap for you his warts would come out but situationally in a rotation I mean he’s found money.

Right. He's a team guy not some anchor onto himself.

I have no clue how that translates economically.

But he's making a good case he deserves some of the pie.

Guys my fav DT and we didn’t have to spend a 1st or second on him. Also not jumping and injuring teammates like a goof

What I like is that Miami has come up big defensively at the biggest moments of the game. You aren't going to stop a player like Murray very often. Even the best defenses are going to look silly at time going up against someone with that kind of talent. Sieler was a great pickup.

Sanders is another player who doesn't get enough credit. A 56-yard field goal to end the first half and that 50-yarder to win it. He has been gold for the Dolphins this year.

There is no tender here, we inherited his rookie deal because we claimed him off waivers.

He is ours until 2022.

Zach Sieler is a great example of really, really good work by the Dolphins front office. Yes, we lucked out by getting a quality player off the Baltimore Ravens practice squad last year, but somebody within the organization identified his upside potential on very limited information from Ferris State University. 30 other NFL team GMs had the same opportunity as Chris Grier but did nothing. To recruit a player who has developed into a consistent contributor via swiping him from another team's practice squad is pretty rare. Full marks to Chris Grier for finding Sieler and giving him an opportunity. Now is the time to lock him up with a decent deal.
