Zach Thomas

And if he did, what would be the drawback of letting him scout players? Irleand for all of his faults is a pretty decent judge of talent, so if he didn't agree with Zach then he could just not draft the players Zach reccommended. There is nothing but upside for letting Thomas work for us.

I totally agree with this. There was noone better at breaking down film and watching players to make himself better. I have never seen a smarter player than Zach when it came to calling defenses and getting himself in position to make the play. He ran a very strong defense. Peyten Manning said he was only player who knew every audible he was calling before he ran the play. Zach is a stud!!

I'm sure if ZT wanted to he could serve an internship and get on in coaching.

Question is if a guy that had made all the money he made would want to be paid peanuts
to grind and grind and grind and grind.

I don't see the motivation for him to do it.
Not only that but if I remember correctly Zach was born into a very rich family. I'm almost positive his father was a billionaire and if that's the case eventually all that money (along with the money he made playing) will be his eventually.

I SERIOUSLY doubt that's true.

He was born and raised in Pampa Texas. There is NOTHING in Pampa Texas, and I mean NOTHING. Maybe a McDonalds. No way a billionaire lives there.

im sure he could get a LB coaching job but i think he is enjoying spending time with family and friends... maybe down the road he might consider it

i think he is coaching high school somewhere right now
