would be a good signing but if he wants to be a head coach does nothing for his career.

make Toub ST coach and asst HC.
Let's see Mr. Ross open up that checkbook on an allstar cast of assistant coaches.

Let's get this team moving in the right direction once and for all!

Apparently Bears fans are worried that he would. The Bears haven't exactly treated him right given his contributions to the team. They only gave him a 1 year contract, and apparently didn't work out a deal in time before he got to the open market. He is free to coach anywhere he wants right now. Ross could woo him to Miami with big money.

Why wouldn't he? He's had one team interview him for a HC position. He could easily come here as St coach/Assistant HC. That's a upgrade over what he was, no?

If Ross makes an offer he can't refuse, I guess it's possible.
