What happen to Parker & Xavien Howard?

Howard was not fine....the Jets have one of the worst WR's cores in the NFL I saw Kearse get some catches on him.

So basically no WR's have made catches on Sherman, Revis, Patrick Peterson, Marcus Peters, Talib, etc...
Your logic is illogical. You are judging a CB based on how many catches a bad WR makes in him.. You forgot that Kearse is a very good WR.

To me it was Maxwell and Verner who got played today, by the Jets. Howard was much better than last week. He played well. Another guy who looks the part is #96 Vincent, he's a hard man to move in the middle. He played much better than I'd have imagined. He looks like a keeper for the rotation.

His logic is that since the Jets receiving corps is bad overall then Kearse must be a bad receiver. I don't think he realizes that Kearse was part of an absolute stable of effective and taleted Seattle wide receivers over the years. They don't look so hot after getting rid of him either.

They both looked the part today.

Parker had a fantastic inside release stack the db on a vertical where the db held him call.

That release at the los and that stack was top shelf. You don't usually try to stack inside with an inside deep middle safety but he did it.

X redeemed himself after a relatively rough opener

Anyone else notice that Nate Allen appeared to be benched for michael Thomas? I obviously don’t have the all 22, but he was deep in the secondary for a lot of the second half.

Also chase Allen appeared to have a good game. I can’t stand to rewatch this game and confirm it.

Parker looked good, Howard also looked good which was to be expected against that level of wrs.

Allen looked good that 6.88 3 cone shows on tape.

Parker is fine but we definitely need 2 CB,s. Howard played ok but he gets smoked a lot. Losing Lippet hurt

I think the most concerning thing today was the qb frankly. If that's what give and take means with cutler we aren't going anywhere

And I'm getting a bad vibe that kind of give and take is exactly where it's headed

Wake me up when its 2018. Yup

It's just one game but if we get a couple more of those from cutler yeah I'm gonna say we are done

The defensive deficiencies will not be corrected - and unless the offensive play calling and QB play is outstanding we stand very little chance. Which I also would say is unlikely.

Btw besides KC. NE already looks destined for the AFC championship game IMO
