No thread yet? Huh ... Ok. Challenge accepted
How Bout Them 'Eers!!!
#2 West Virginia (14-1)
WV is definitely strong this year. FSU is looking good, lost a few games very late.
Lost to Miami! Who is pretty strong this year
Yep, the ACC as a whole is strong. I believe y'all have to come to Tallahassee later this year. We'll repay the favor.
Y'all just play in that powder puff conference. The ACC is frigging brutal! Come get you some whenever you feel froggy.
Comparing any conference in Basketball to the ACC is comical...
Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Miami, FSU, Notre Dame, Syracusem Louisville...
The problem is going to be coming out of that Murderers Row and the ACC tournament with enough legs left to fight through the NCAA tournament. There are really no cupcakes to rest your starters once ACC play begins.
I don't want to talk about college basketball this season.
Y'all are in Tallahassee tonight, it's a tough place to play.
Congrats, apparently FSU forgot there are two halves to play. Great comeback by the Cards.
We needed that one to help our tournament resume.
Since the title of this thread doesn't specify:
The Louisville women's team (currently #3 in the country) boat raced #2 Notre Dame last night in the KFC Yum! Center. 100-67. They shot almost 70% from the field in the first quarter and just poured it on from there. And, yes, we do go up to Connecticut February 12th.
These girls are legit.
The ACC girls basketball is as tough as the ACC men. It's a brutal basketball conference all around.
Wichita State is going to have a nice run this year I think.
Well at about the 8:00 mark in the 2nd half of the Duke game, I thought this Gator team was a Final Four contender. I still think they'll get in at this point, but there's probably a good 4 or 5 losses left on this schedule. I'd be happy with a spot in the Sweet 16.
Defense just isn’t the same this year, plus they play too streaky...I could see an Elite 8 appearance, or a loss in the Round of 32...Boom or Bust.
