VT gets spanked at home. Now the ACC won't have a team close to the Top 10. Not a good sign for the conference.

And this was the conference that wanted the BCS to take away the Big East's BCS birth 2 years ago and take the Big East to court over it and change language in the contracts! :sidelol: :sidelol: KARMA!! Maybe they should watch that show on NBC....MY NAME IS EARL

two weeks ago I thought the two best teams in the ACC were Clemson, and GTech, This week, my theory is proved correct

My Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets destroyed Va Tech.

What a great day!

Should be 5-0 had it not been for that ref aided loss to the Irish.

Can't wait to annihilate the Hurricanes on 10/28. Homecoming that day in Atlanta.

Yeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Houston now leading 13-7 AT miami. Miami can't lose at home to the likes of Houston??? Can they?!

Boy, the ACC is brutal this year.

Said it in another thread and I will say it here

If we lose every game from here on out but Coker gets fired I will consider it a successful season in Miami

If Miami loses that football game they better call in the National Guard to escort Coker out of the stadium :o

No if he loses he will be cleaning out his locker, Im sure the fans will gladly throw him a going away party if he decides to walk away :D

Damn, why all the ACC hate . . . this conference did lose 12 players to the first round of the NFL draft, by far the most of any other conference (In contrast, Big East lost no first rounders). You have alot of teams regrouping, and one team in desperate need of a new coach, its obvious a down year for this conference and the Big East is having a great year so far, but its just "one" year, a year that isn't even half way over yet . . .from all the troubled seasons that conference has had, u just don't leap frog big conferences in 4 or 5 games into a season.

you sent a 4 loss team to a BCS bowl game LAST year with all of those 1st rounders. This isnt' a 1 year thing

True, but none of those losses were to out of conference competition which should speak to the overall strength and depth of the conference. They went to a bowl game with a Freshman QB and almost upset Penn State in 3 OT's. The Miami problems is definetely not a "1 year thing" as u put it, but that is a given with the coaching problems. U forget it was only 2 years ago when Pittsburgh was getting spanked by Utah in a BCS bowl. I have no hate towards the Big EAst, I enjoy watching Louiville, Rutgers, West Va and company play, mainly because those teams/teams in the Big East recruit alot of South Florida/Florida players . . . but still doesn't mean they are a better conference to the ACC, especially after 4 games man.

i loved the plane fly-by with the "fire coker" message.

FSU should have beat Clemson, but Clemson is a solid team. I dont think it's a down year for the ACC but i think the perennial powers aren't the dominant forces in the conference this year.

denile........I love it. :sidelol: :sidelol: :sidelol: :sidelol: :sidelol:

ACC no teams ranked in the top 10, maybe the top 15. Have lost head to head with the big east

L'ville-Miami
Pitt- UVA
Rut-UNC
WV-Maryland

Cincy was leading in the 2nd half AT VT last week. Cincy stinks!!

Whatever, believe what ya want.

you failed to mention Clemson who is currently #15, they have a very good team and could beat anyone in the Big East
