I’m not denying that he maybe difficult to work with but he’s not the first head coach and he won’t be the last,you also can’t believe everything you hear. For example Flores stopped talking to his staff around Thanksgiving. Think about that for a minute? How is this even possible?

If you're gonna be difficult to work with you better have the results to back it up.
