Buddy of mine (Eagles fan) texted me saying Eagles are trading up with Phins.

Swap first's and acquire both of eagles 2nd's?

Looks like they are going after Fletcher Cox, getting cold feet Panthers will snatch him up.


Not sure maybe some Eagles "insiders" are throwing this out?

I live in South Jersey, I've heard the same rumor. Philly is looking to trade with the Dolphins. Cox and Gilmore are possibly Philly's targets!!!
 
I hope so but we will find out in less than 6hrs..............
 
I douby we get both of their seconds if this werethe case. This would be a dream though.

Interesting. Considering they supposedly screwed us on that supposed D Jax trade (never figured out how true that was), it will be interesting to see how business gets done between the two teams.

"Sorry Jeff, we kinda screwed you there. We'll overcompensate a bit today."

or

"We screwed you once, and we just diddit again!"

If Philly is dumb enough to give up both seconds you take it. An offer like that doesn't come around that often. If that happened, I'd try and drop back a few more spots and grab another second then take Weeden with the first and still have 5 more picks before pick 74.

I suggested this weeks ago that big fat Andy Reid would pull off this trade for Dontari Poe, but only for 1 second round pick. #51.
