Brandon Marshall has regained his speed

Miami Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall has gone underground for the past two month… and counting.


Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall believes he's regained his sub 4.5 speed.
The personal issues he’s dealing with - which involve his wife being charged with aggravated battery against him - has prompted Marshall and his camp to take a vow of silence.

There will be no Ustreaming, no tweeting, and no interviews until the charges against Michi Nogami-Marshall are dropped.

Matter of fact, Marshall’s not even in South Florida, which explains why he hasn’t participated in the Dolphins players-only offseason training at Nova Southeastern University.

But that doesn’t mean Marshall has been on vacation. His legs have been VERY busy all offseason.

Marshall’s dedicated this summer to regaining his 4.4 speed, and to do so he’s returned to the training program he had coming into the 2006 draft.
