Brandon Marshall predicts his best season yet

so let me get something straight...an ALL PRO WR saying he believes his teammates are good enough to make the pro bowl and do well on the season and for him to have his best season yet is a bad thing and **** talking etc etc now?

some people are impossible to please. You get an All Pro talking up his teammates, coaches, etc and people *****, you have a WR who doesn't do 85% of the things he does and you guys *****. Unfortunate. People just want EVERYTHING to be perfect...this is football, not table tennis, its a sport of fire, belief, and physicality which is this mans strength...a man of his physical playing style and personality usually don't come in the terms of being a mute. Appreciate things for once people.

I don't think anyone's really downing him....It's just that it's so obviously hyperbole.

Problably Henning is drawing new plays like a triple reverse, where the ball ends up in Long's hands and he throws a 60 yard bomb to marshall... You know he is really good at doing that... He might need som viagra to jerk off to the playbook, but he will get some..

i feel alot of you might be taking what he said out of context. Marshall I believe has never been to the playoffs, that alone can be an acheivement or a great year for marshall to top all. stats dont mean everything, and remember hes on a dolphins team with a "TEAM" first mentality. It could have already had its toll on marshall in really good way. Clutch catches, big wins, playoffs etc, are wonderful things for any player on any team with a "great year ever" mentality.

Just because he predicts his best year doesnt mean he is going to catch 130 passes for 22 TD's, just going to the playoffs and winning a game with his TEAM could make this his best year in his opinion. I really think he is focused on the team aspect of the game now, which we can thank Parcells/Ireland/Sparano for.
