Braxton Berrios has been learning a lot from WR coach Wes Welker

Wes welker was a great player, possible hall of famer..

Production can change relative to offense and Qb, but greatness is detectable and projectable according to the persons talent in isolation.
No one is arguing that, obviously Belichick thought he was good.

But there is no way he would have been as productive in Miami with sh*tty QB's vs Brady.

Like I said production is relative to your surroundings not your individual talent.

The bottom line was it was a mistake to not keep the player that early is his career because his hi level talent projection was easy to see imo.

He had a very good day of practice today.

It doesn’t matter what was sensible at the time, a sensible offer for a soon to be great player is irrelevant, they did not have the foresight to outright sign the player period and the player proved that a 2nd round offer was a joke for what he soon would be worth.
Didn’t Satin trade him to his buddy just before he jumped ship
