Oh, a "starter." kool. If that's the benchmark, then Steen has been a starter, so we're good. At least Steen or Urbik would give continuity and are far more likely to stay healthy. Further, there's certainly no guarantee that an old, broken down LT can make the switch to OG.

I'll stick with Steen and Urbik until Asiata is ready, which will likely be by Week 1.

They're moving on and he's just trying to collect a paycheck. Yeah, sign me up for that.

Uh....I'm laughing at Braden's inability to understand his own financial situation. You'd think he could at least do that with his agent, parents, friends or something ok?

Try not to get your panties in a wad over what I say OK, snowflake?

Albert is old injured garbage. I didn't really want him when we signed him and I certainly wouldn't want him not, more out of shape and slower than ever.

We would also have to trade for his rights. Pass. We fleeced the jags in this one even if thomas sucks.

Yea, then who will we sign in week 2 after Albert gets injured?

If he can come back and play guard, I think he's a better option than what we currently have. If it is going to cost us much, pass.

The word on Asiata is that he can't line up 4 plays in a row without panting for air. His conditioning is just not where it needs to be at this point. He'll get used to the humidity and the speed of the game.

If his heart was in Miami, he would've took the pay-cut....Now, I bet he wishes Michael J Foxx & Christopher Lloyd would take him back in time about 6 months ago

He will some developmental time in terms of technique regardless of physical shape. Asiata played in a man/gap scheme and will need to transition to our ZBS (zone blocking system)

Respectfully disagree- he is not going to play guard- It's over unless some desperate teams comes calling at some-point who losses a LT.

Sign him for near veteran minimum, the guy played 14 games last year and would be higher than average backup at Tackle and a potential starter a LG with the Larsen injury (he played guard in college).

He retired for a reason. Not just because it's the Jags.

I don't know man, he was raring to go for another Dolphins season until traded. Curious to see how things play out.

If he still wants to play, this is a no-brainer. Get BA in here.

I don't believe so, I read somewhere that he needed to be on the team for three games for us to get the pick.

Dolphins don't have money for him, a LB, and Pouncey's backup.

Unless he'd agree to play for the vet minimun then pass. Our cap can't take another big hit. He doesn't really want to play. He only went back for the money. I think he's done

    Ozzy rules!!

I suspect that he was already asked to play LG and declined, which is why he was traded to begin with.

He will go fishing for guaranteed money . . .but after the fiasco with Jacksonville he will be hardpressed to find it.

And I just don't see him playing for a "vet minimum" or as a guard.

Not interested to be honest. Feels like a time waste.
