I think Coach Flores/Kapernick is being coached by his legal/media handlers. He's not good at speaking so his interviews come across very poorly. IMO this is 20% legitimate regarding a flawed Rooney Rule and 80% BS attempted money grab disguised as Social Justice Crusade.
