Dolphins talking PLAYOFFS

Sounds like the same chatter from this team from the beginning. They were intoxicated with the thought of being a top 5 defense. They talked about being the best CB tandem. Etc, Etc.

Somebody's responsible for letting this team have such pipe dreams. They should be focusing on 1 play, 1 game and playing as 1 team.

Us fans can speculate tho:

The NFL is very unpredicatable, especially in the AFC . . . You are only getting one team out of the West/South . . . and Bmore is the weirdest team in the NFL right now. Cincy may falter as well and the Jets certainly aren't a shoe in for 10 wins. It is definitely possible.

Would have been alot easier had we finished against Cleveland, Denver and the Giants . . . but oh well.

the only reason its basically not possible, is because even if the best case scenario did happen and they ended the season on a 9 game win streak to bring them to 9-7, they would need to win that 6th spot outright, because with 6 conference losses, they are not winning any tiebreakers.

as you mentioned, if only we ****ing had beaten denver and cleveland, and the giants, but even if we had only won the denver and cleveland game and lost the gmen game, we still would have a chance. its a shame.

we are going to finish with enough wins to miss out on luck and barkley unless its via trade, but we will still not make the playoffs.
 
And we're screwed.^ I'm beginning to warm up on the prospect of Ryan Tannehill. He's not Tebow, the guy can actually throw.
 
At least their spirits are up and are playing with confidence.

Is it not commendable for a person to recoup some lost dignity and even aspire for greatness (the playoffs, championships, etc.) - particularly when it is against all odds?
 
If they go 9-7 i wouldnt even bee mad about missing the playoffs. I wanna see some wins darnit.
 
We will win enough games to only ruin our shot at one of the top qb's. Mediocrity is what this franchise is about. 7 to 9 wins a year. Enough to get our hopes up to only miss the playoffs and ruin our likelihood of drafting a franchise qb.
 
too bad for our flukes against the Browns and Denver, 4-5 n we are actually in the thick of the wildcard.
