Flores catches Dolphins in a lie?

If anything, Flores' refusal to sign the separation agreement really minimizes his claims against the Giants (and of course Texans). If he decided that he wanted to sue the Dolphins when he was dismissed (his not signing the agreement implies this), is it just a coincidence that he also felt discriminated against by the Giants ... and then a few weeks later, by the Texans?

It's clear to me that he's an egomaniac that can't think of any reason other than race for his dismissal because "he's been blessed with talent as an NFL coach".

Statistically speaking, the class action suit may have a chance (I'm no legal expert, but the numbers back up systemic racism), but his 4 specific claims seem REALLY far-fetched to me.

No.... Flores didn't catch the Dolphins in a lie.

What they produced shows either Flores is lying or he and his legal team clearly don't know what he was asked to sign.

This is what you do when you have no proof or evidence.

They are starting to do trial by the court of public opinion. By providing half of the information, suggestive texts or deceptive forms.... the majority of the public has no clue what that stuff is. So.... to a regular person it looks like Flores may be telling the truth.

At this point, it's clear, all they are aiming for is a settlement.

The problem is, everytime they open their mouth or provide new evidence.... it completely undermines their claim or it actually helps Ross and the Dolphins case.

2 examples.

He recently stated race had something to do with his firing. A black GM hired him and fired him. He was replaced by a bi-racial head coach. If his race was any reason, McDaniels would not be the HC. Over the years Miami has proven to be on of the more progressive organizations in terms of diversity.

The facts negate his belief.

Secondly. This NDA he is providing. The fact that they provided a "standard" firm which is common again undermines his claim.

Almost everything he claims or provides is discredited by facts, actions or reality.

This is why any good lawyer tells you to not talk when going through these situations.

He continuously undermines his case.

This had a good shot of being settles. Now, since Floress team is actually helping Ross and the Dolphins case he will be lucky to receive a settlement.

Last example. The hiring of Lovie Smith undermines any discrimination case he has against the Texans.
