How do we know? Cause he spent all of last year as an RFA. His cost was only a 5th rounder and no one even looked at him or even mentioned his name. That's how we know.

There were a couple of teams considering Arturo (Saints were really interested) last year but the market was filled with safeties.

Freeman is the D's starting FS and it should be that way. He got robbed of his spot last year by Knight, nothing away from Knight he's better than Freeman. Arturo did such a good job at safety in 2002, so he's proven. We shouldn't consider any thoughts of trading him.
