Ahhhh.....no.
It’s not like Harbaugh is a carpetbagger at Michigan. This is his alma mater and he’s a prideful man. He knows that if he left now his legacy there would be as a big failure as head coach. (That being said, Harbaugh called “fake news” on a rumor that he was negotiating a lifetime deal with Michigan.)

Yes! I believe Jim Harbaugh to be one of the best coaches in the world. If he can be had, you go for it. Although I can’t see us giving up on Gase at this point so it’s really unrealistic.

Damn right Ross should! Ross should gp after him now. Hell, I would even be excited if Ross went after Gruden. However, it’s never going to happen because Gase is Ross’s pick and Ross has no spine. Plus, none of those coaches want anything to do with Miami. Mike Tannebaum and the FO is a very large part of the problem here. Harbaugh, Gruden or any other coach like them isn’t coming here with our FO and their success at picking **** players.
What if JH demands total control, including personnel and trade. Tbum can be VP of football operation, that he can take care of the grass.

A lot closer than it appears at first glance. Harbaugh always prioritizes the correct areas. Michigan led the nation in pass defense last season and is within the Top 5 this season. I sense he knows he is close, and won't leave. This figured to be a down season after the personnel losses from last year's team.

No way Gase is fired. Another HC fired signals to everyone that Ross can't get it right.
