Absolutely not. Yes, Ryan is a defensive God and has an eye for D. Not 1 time did he try and replace Mark Sanchez until it was too late. Defense may win championships, but you have to get into the championships first.

As a HC, he couldn't see the forest for the trees. He gets rid of Mark for an even half way decent throwing QB, they are in a super bowl for the first time in I don't know how long.

Don't want another 1 dimensional HC.

That isn’t an excuse because our players are ****! We need to rebuild anyways, why not allow Rex to build the defense his way. Rex’s downfall was having to run a whole team. He was clueless in regards to the offense.

Because the time and money it would take to rebuild the entire defense to a 3-4 most posters on this forum would be screaming for heads after 8 games of year 1
