Why is it that some fans are not even giving feeley a chance to see what he can do, but will give fiedler his 10,000th chance to show us what we already no isn't good enough????
 
Probobly because when Fiedler is good, he can be really good, and Feeley has had up to this point, a poor MC. I don't buy it. Fiedler has had long enough to prove himself and has failed to do so. You can say it's because of the O-Line, but the fact is he missed a lot of passes and reads that he should have made last year. Anyone who was paying attention could see that.

If Feeley ends up being a bust, at least the FO had the balls to make a commitment to change what has been a failing of the team for the last few years.
 
A commitment is to go no holds barred and release Fiedler and get new blood in here regardless!!! Just kidding

Logic has it that if u give someone enough chances he is going to perform well every now and then. But the thing with fiedler is he will be good(i wouldn't say realy good) then he will be terrible his next few starts.
 
Feeley will have loads of chance. When Jay beat out Huard it was not until after the last PS game that it was decided (or was it right b4 the game :hmmm:). So this will be a long battle, probably longer than the FS or RG battles

I understand that the team will give him a chance.............its just that plenty of fans already say he will suck and how we are doomed if fiedler can't save us.

I think you might just find that many of the guys down on Feeley are also the guys who hate Fiedler. I don't recall seeing too many people who understand Fiedler isn't the worst QB in the league smack Feeley around...

Im hearing it already..........people saying "There is no way feeley is going to start because jf is doing awesome in MINI-CAMP and feeley is struggling"

again, i wish I could post links to previous comments about this subject but im not sure how. :confused:

33% of the people hate Fiedler and love anybody else
33% of the people love Fiedler and hate anybody else
33% of the people have good sense and are willing to let everything play itself out before entrenching themselves behind one or the other.
1% of the people think Jared Lorenzen would have solved our depth problems at QB and Offensive Line

Where do all these rabidly pro-Fiedler people exist? It doesn't appear to be here because I get tagged as a "Fee Fee Lover" just for saying we shouldn't cut him and take the $5k in cap savings it would generate. Did the people here run those guys off?
 
If you list all the people who are accused of being Fiedler Lovers, you get that 33% number. I don't hink there is a team in the league that has 3 better QBs than we do right now. I honestly just stopped responding at some point to all the bashing that has gone on over the last few years. It was just too tiresome.

Because some people are smart enough to see what has happen to the last couple of supposed upgrade at the QB, to know that the offensive problems are not Jays. If you think AJ is better than Griese or even Lucas you really need to see a doctor. Jay has done a great job with what he has had to work with. After the first regular season game without him you will do just like the rest of the Jay bashers have, after seeing what life is like without Jay. You will start counting the days until he can return. :shakeno:
