As for Ryan Leaf their is a scientist that does a test for some pro teams he calls this test "Brain Typing" and he did recommend to the Chargers that Leaf would "not" excell and that in his opinion Leaf would more likely fail then suceed.

Some people did see that Ryan Leaf couldnt play, the question is how much stock do you place in such a test?
