He was the play caller for the Patriots in 05 when they won the superbowl, and was offensive coordinator in 07 when they broke tons of records.

he has worked in NEW ENGLAND with belli**** and brady, he wont come

McDaniels is actually still HIGHLY thought of around the league, but he was given too much power over the roster and really made moves out of ego (trading Cutler,Hillis, Marshall, and Scheffler), and he came into both drafts pretty unprepared.

He will get another chance down the line as a head coach, but now he needs to be an OC

the guy became a coach way to soon but he was a damn good OC. Only drawback would be his relationship with Marshall which I am not sure how it is...

Marshall and Nolan both dislike him. Unless the team is completely blown up, he is one of the last people who would be hired as OC.
