Look at this awesome cake!

Can we get a few screen shots of the appropriate angles and / or tools one would use to create such flawless Fondant?

There's a vast array of tools bakers use for fondant. Cutters, impression mats, rollers, molds, combs (smooth and serrated), brushes, etc.

As far as the fondant itself, unless you're are working in or have access to a commercial kitchen, it's best to buy it pre-made in tubs or buckets.

I'd have to get that cake stuffed and mounted on the wall, it's a keeper . If I had to choose one to eat, I would be all all over those raspberry short cakes on the table, yum.
 
I was so happy when I opened this and it was not Miko's latest BD cake. Has anyone seen that? Not sure if I am allowed to post a pic. it's graphic to say the least.
