good pick considering we had a glaring need at secondary. Our defense gave up big plays on defense. We needed a good db. It was a good pick considering huff was gone.

With your positive attitude you just might want to become a Jet fan
that way you can BOOO every draft pick and NOT stand out since quite a few Jet fans have the same negativity issues!!:eek:

Reminds me a lot of when the Giants picked our Safety Gibril Wilson a few years ago in the later rounds and the fans were complaining and didn't know much about him.....but he was a steal and is starting for them. I think, and many others agree, that Jason is a top 10 talent if there weren't some questions about the hip. It's unfortunate because that was his only injury in college, but he's 100% now and it was determined by a number of different specialist that it was not degenerative....and that was before a single NFL team doctor looked at him.

Agreed! There are few if any backs in the NFL that would have not been rolled by those hits by Ronnie That clip has me fired up for Ronnie again now. I still wish we had Ricky in there with him but damn glad we still have Ronnie and looking forward to watching him do that to Bills, Jets, and pats DB's. The more I see and hear about Allen the more I am thinking if he stays healthy he will be a tremendous asset to our defense. Can't wait for the season to start :)

This is a good pick. Filled an obvious need at the secondary, and judging by the film I watched at yahoo.com, he's a speedy safety, just how I like them.
