This might not help but the pats, bucs, and won the Superbowl with no RB and we have made it to the playoffs twice with less talent.

I don't feel he will stay retired I give him 4 weeks until he returns.

One word: Coaching.
 
As I said before.
Super bowl teams go through the air. Problem is we have Feely/Fieldler. Now if one of these guys step up this year, we are still in good shape. That is a huge 'if'!

Nobodys are somebodys waiting to be discovered. Ricky leaving sucks, and will probably cost us the season, but at the same time, Minor could step up.
