The Chiefs just cut him him.....salary dump. He is as good as the CB's we have. Thoughts???

Has there ever been a time in the history of FH where there hasn't been a thread that reads "we should sign X" that is posted immediately after a known guy is released by his team?

Fwiw, flowers can still ball...unlike most of the players that we "should" sign due to being cut.

We should start developing more of our own players. Not many teams have the ultimate success by stock piling free agent acquisitions as their core starters.

depends on contract but he can still play. I want to develop taylor, but flowers, grimes and Finnegan would be a nasty group of corners

I like him.. Flowers > Sean Smith for sure. Would be a good boundary guy with a finnegan playing slot..

It'd completely depend on the numbers. I love the idea of stockpiling veteran CB's, but we're not at a spot where we should dump much more money into the position.

Flowers can play and Kevin Coyle has made a career out of rejuvenating older DBs.

He is worth a look.

Well some of us actually would like to see some upgrades on this team, rather than trying to sign up crappy players who no longer can play the game. So if you have an issue with this, go pound rocks. SMH

Brandon Flowers>Will Davis> Jamar Taylor at this point in time...

It's crazy that some of our fans are snooty enough to look down on our team taking a look at a player who can possibly help this team. We have been mediocre for decades, so if there is a rock that is too small to look under, I'm still flipping it over just in case there is a pro bowl player waiting underneath it

Your thoughts weren't needed. Those thoughts are said everytime someone makes a thread like this. It gets annoying reading people say **** like this when a poster starts a thread about a player that's cut.
