Phins should sign CB Brandon Flowers

You're thoughts weren't needed. It gets annoying seeing a pissing match start any time anyone makes a comment they disagree with.

If these threads are so valuable, FH might as well create an auto-post any time a notable player is cut. Flowers may indeed be an exception, and I wasn't meaning to call out the OP or anything, but it is rather annoying to immediately see 2-3 threads of "we should sign X" any time a "name" player is cut.

Here are some annoying examples over the years:

Brandon Flowers Anyone?

I remember in the '08 draft I wanted Jake Long #1 (yes...I wanted the guaranteed LT over the questionable franchise QB...Ryan was not Andrew Luck that year) and then I wanted Brandon Flowers. I absolutely love CBs that can cover and play the the run aggressively like Antoine Winfield, Patrick Surtain, Vontae Davis, etc. Is there any way we can sign Flowers without hurting our cap too much? I say we cut Finnegan (if possible) to make this work. With Flowers, Grimes, Taylor, etc., we'd have an excellent backfield.

Many of you make The Goat sad.

Flowers would be a smart pickup for the right price.

I don't think some of you guys realize he will get a nice multi-year offer from multiple teams... I feel like some of you are thinking, "yah! 2 year/$4mil contract lets get him!" when the guy is going to probably get something in the $5-7mil/year for 2-3-4 year type of deal.

He's not looking to play for a Dolphins discount... he will go to the highest bidder. And with THAT in mind, he is not a good fit for this team right now.

Why can't I find this thread? I wouldn't have posted this message if I saw this thread in the first place.
