I'm beginning to really see how bad Sparano and Tuna were for our organization. The only success we did have while they were here was on the shoulders of Chad Pennington. I now have even more respect for him "Chad". Maybe not his but definitely his smarts. Philbin is a great Coach nonetheless.

Just a thought: How would have Henne developed with this coaching staff? I know he would still would make many dumb mistakes, but I thought he regressed each year. What happens with better coaching?

probably would've been a bit better, but he hated playaction passes (and it showed) and was horrible with timing plays.

To understand our future, it does help sometimes to understand the past. When things fail, it is good to dissect what happened hopefully it doesn't happen again. I just am hopeful that Tannehill improves each year and not regress like Henne.
