Who Replied?Incognito is the perfect example of the type of player to many PhinFans overvalue. He is an average guard at best. I dont want a team of average players, I want my team to upgrade mediocre talent regardless of what position they play.

I've enjoyed watching Richie...think he's a tough O-lineman with a bit of nasty. He very rarely cost us yardage. We can't go out and buy a FA for what we can resign Richie for...so I like to keep him ! Elected by your piers to the Pro-Bowl, does say that he has chops!
