Anybody who's seen him up close at practice knows Junior is in incredible shape, he could play as much as three more years depending on injuries.

It's not mine....I can't rememebr who said it....Dixon, I think....:huh:shalafi3455 said:That is an understatment!
I remember reading something last year about Zack and he was talking about how he doesn't shake anyone's hand! Because he has dislocated his fingers so many time, if he shakes someone's hand and they squeeze to hard they dislocate again! so he doesn't do it anymore! Those are the little things they don't tell you about, that players have to deal with!

This guy is in top notch physical condition and even though he is on the down side of his career, I think he is still one of the better LBs in the league. He still has that "playmaker" ability and brings a load of experience and knowledge to the game. He, along with ZT, will make excellent tutors for Bua and Moore. I'd love to see Seau stick around for a few more years and help out with Bua so that when ZT finally retires, Bua can step in and our MLB spot wont miss a beat.

He isn't a real fit for this defense at this stage in his career(earlier he could play any system at an all-pro level). He is garbage against the pass and we don't blitz enough to make up for his overpursuit and freelancing to make him effective enough.
If it were up to me he would have been replaced in the offseason, if a good enough replacement was available for a decent price.
