Where is the reset button?
IMO, where Ross is striking out is that once BP left Miami, Ross should have got rid of everyone that BP brought here and started over. If you bought a new Z06 corvette and you needed the oil changed, would you put fresh oil in it but use the old filter? That is EXACTLY what Ross is doing here.
I posted a thread awhile back that I am more concerned that the culture is jacked up so badly in Miami that NO free agents are going to want to be here and half of the locker room, regardless of what the media posted about good willed tweets towards Morano, is not going to play for the guy.
