whos getting the #1 pick?

When Tim Rattay was the QB in SF I would have said that Houston would have the first pick. Now, however, with Alex Smith at the helm I think it is a pretty safe assumption that SF will have the first pick in the draft. Maybe the next couple of drafts.

i am going to have to disagree with us being at no. 10 i think it will be in this order.
#1 Houston
#2 Arizona
#3 San Fran
#4 Cleveland
#5 Jets * (could switch with the fins)
#6 Miami * ( could move up with loss to ne and jets agian)
#7 Baltimore
#8 Tenn
#9 Detroit
#10 Chicago or Buffalo
 
1-Houston
2-San Francisco
3-Jets
4-Cleveland
5-Baltimore
6-New Orleans
7-Green Bay
8-Arizona
9-Tennessee
10-Chicago/Minnesota - very weak schedules, one will rise

& 4 of their next 5 opponents are Cincy, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, & Philadelphia. The next visible opportunity for them to win is vs Minnesota, who they just lost too.
