Steve McNair - Was never good until recently when he stopped running
Culpepper - Had his best season after he stopped running (I still think he is trash)
McNabb - Now a pass first QB with success. I think he is a product of a good team and not that good but he is better now.
Vick - Better when he was a runner, but not like he has improved that much teams seem to get better at playing against him.
Young - Who knows, but I bet chances are he will have a good rookie year because of his athletic ability but will struggle to improve down the road.
Guys who have success in this league are still pocket passers at heart and scramble when things break down.
