I contend and have contended that we need a cleaning from top to bottom. I think the best way for that to happen is for Ross to hire a single person as head of football operations and then back away and let him work at everything. Hiring GM, HC, etc... That being said, who would you want? Who would be your top pick if this was to happen?

I love Dan, but don't see him as being a good front office guy at all. It could only ruin the pedestal I keep him on. Don't want that to happen.

Marino and Manning aren’t about that life. They’re smarter than that. I’d need more info on Highsmith but I like what I’ve heard. I know we have had bad experiences with ex Bengal personnel but Duke Tobin has put some serious talent on that team.
