It’s backup money. In all likelihood we will draft a qb this year somewhere on the 2nd day and the rookie will start. No chance that Fitzmagic starts the majority of our games next year

Hope you like Daniel Jones then....if not, you can kiss away our 2020 draft picks if we move up to get Haskins or God forbid if it's for Lock.

Rumor is the giants don't like Haskins but do like Daniel Jones. Aand I hope that's true cuz I think Jones is terrible
 
Man, if land Haskins! That would be tremendous.
Then we land Jack Del Rio instead of Patrick Graham on this staff to run the defense.
It's easy from there to work on the roster in FA and draft, we'd have the staff to do it.

Yeah but do you really think the Giants pick Jones at 6? They now have #17 pick which is more reasonable place to pick Jones. I'm thinking Haskins slips and we trade up to get him.

You didn’t get the gist of my post apparently. There was no reason to make that trade involving Tannehill in the first place. The Dolphins were forced to overpay for a washed up retread only because they shuttled the incumbent out of town in the first place. Also don’t act as if you are a Dolphins expert as we all give our own opinions on this site. If you don’t agree, be civil, complementary or move on
