I just don't like him as a prospect. Alot of people are stating the team won't have a chance at Leinart, but I don't know if there is another team so desperate for a QB as the Phins. I think Arizona might make a move for him, but they'll have a better record so they'll have to trade up, Titans have Volek, and Frye has turned it around in Cleveland. It's very possible Leinart is a Dolphin next season, because teams seem to have already made there investment into Qb's. Next year's draft is much better at the top, you can make an arguement that the top 4 players didn't even come out in Brooks, Leinart, Fergusan, and Rod Wright. It's too early to tell, but Omar Jacobs is not who I wanna see the Phins go after.
Very good point. Glad to see somebody is thinking, and who is evaluating who needs a QB. If Boller fails, dont discount Baltimores desire either.
SO, we got AZ, BAL, Miami, Detroit (since they traded McMahon), Possibly Tennessee, if McNair retires, and TB, if Luke McCown dont step up after Greieball falls on his face.
6 teams that will compete. And, they all will chase Leinart, except for us. Leinart dont fit Muellers type of QB mould. But, I think we could very easily be in the running to cash in on the Leinart hype. Only team that could be worse then us is Tennessee. Just have to wait and see.
