Not to get off-topic, but since you brought it up... it doesn't matter what the legislature votes for. The law as it stands has been declared unconstitutional, and in 180 days it will recognize any two people wanting to be married. The court just gave the legislature 180 days to respond by clarifying the law or passing new ones within the ruling (not opposed to it). They can't enact something already declared unconstitutional any more than the congress can vote segregation back in, or a state could revive the ban on inter-racial marriages just because there are enough votes for it. Things could change, but that's where it stands now.
