Big win for the Stars over the Canucks today. Ribeiro tied with 52 secs left and Loui won it for us in OT. Big, big points for us as we hold onto the 8th spot. I hope we don't sell off any big assets (read: give away our good players for 1 3rd liner and a 4th round pick) tomorrow. Lets make a push for the playoffs!

I love how all the analysts are acting surprised that Nash is the one who asked for a trade, instead of the Blue Jakcets shopping him.

"What? You mean Rick Nash DOESN'T want to play in Columbus? For the team with the least amount of NHL history and the lowest amount of modern day success? And here I thought the Blue Jackets merely wanted to trade their only marketable player and the only reason fans still go to games."

Personally i think trade requests are kind of stupid. If you didn't want to play there, Rick, you probably shouldn't have signed an eight year contract extension.
