Well we know off the bat that the second round pick will be a bust. Might as well trade it as soon as possible.
Lets say for example, a quarterback is available in the third round. Lets say any round and Connor Shaw is available? Would we pull the trigger on a guy like this?
Should we consider drafting a QB at all?
I think we should. Give Tannehill a push and who knows what might happen with the pick?
I would have never asked this question had we won at least one of our last two games. But I think we should grab a guy like Shaw. If anything, it would make camp and the pre-season quite interesting.
BTW......Connor Shaw is a beast and a QB all packed into one player.
I'd take any of the 4 SEC QB's (Shaw, Mettenberger, Murray, or McCarron) in the 3rd or 4th. Murray IMO is the best of that lot w/ Shaw not far behind.
