2014 Complete Miami Draft

They sure will not fix the Oline in the draft. That much is guaranteed.

I think you could go Ebron or Amaro in the first, O line in the second, and still get a LB like Borland in the 3rd. Mmmm, that might be a fortuitous reach, but maybe.

I would spend a lot of that 38 Million in Cap Space on the oline

i would love mack but that's not leaving cleveland they wont let it happen...we have been here for years now talking about how mike pouncey would be a better guard fit and i agreed with that then andstill do but i dont see it happening given it hasn't yet and they had stone footed mauler incog at left guard for 2 years in this scheme no less...i like the strief thing at right tackle think that makes a lot of sense...

but there's 31 other teams who will be on this free agency thing also and teams who will resign their own...sure we could do a lot of it in free agency if we just blow out other offers but i doubt it will be the premium guys we are all talking about...more likely overpaying average to make sure we get some change...

i'm sure philbin knows he cant sit on this oline or let the draft be the answer would rather go the existing nfl guys route but i dont think our options are gonna be as rosy as they sound now once teams get done signing their own...

seems to me there are a lot of guard prospects that will fall in line with our second round pick.

If I'm GM, I think I am settling LT AND RT, in free agency.

sticking with BPA in round one, hopefully a playmaker/difference maker, and than look for that rookie guard in round 2.

i like the bpa and guard thing top 2 picks but thats only if we shore up the tackle spots in free agency...and of course the board may dictate the guards are gone come our late 2nd rounder...the ones we want anyways...i think the guys we are talking about will be gone by then...at least the ones i want i think should be

I wont be heartbroke if we dont land taylor lewan, I can tell you that. I wont be upset if we get him, but I was never overwhelmed by him this year.

I think the whole #77 left tackle at michigan mystique has done him well for some people. anybody else see problems with his game? especially when it comes to getting beat inside?

No way you pass on Lewan, Kouandjio or Ogbuehi for Amaro or Ebron in the 1st... I'd go Zack Martin in the 2nd if he's still there, but I doubt it.

this whole draft to fill holes on the team nonsense has gotta stop.

take the best player on the board. Load up on talent. Fill the team with playmakers.
