2016 Coaching Data Base

I'd be shocked if he got fired after that one. Clear failure and lack of discipline from his players

Which in Miami is the coaches fault. He is to blame but would be surprised he is fired.

I'll say one thing for Tannehill. Dude can close the deal. Especially with Ross's bank account at his disposal.

Hope we sign some experienced coordinators since we are going with a first time GM and head coach.
I know coach said he'd call the plays so have a good mind up in the booth relaying info.

The decisions been made and Gase is our guy moving forward. I would have preferred someone with prior experience, but Gase was likely one of the best of the group that didn't have any. Time to move on and get behind this coach.

Next up....I want quality and experience at the DC spot and the position coaches. I assume Gase will directly control the offense, but will also need someone he trusts on that side of the ball as well. We hired early, so take advantage of that and start building a competent, well paid coaching staff around Gase.

I love the picture in the background

Former Falcons HC Mike Smith now scheduled to interview w/ Giants on Monday, per source. Smith highly impressed Dolphons with HC interview.

Per @AdamSchefter, Mike Smith is scheduled to interview with the Giants Monday. Option for Bucs DC if he doesn't land HC gig

Wait...What??

Surprised this didn't get a thread but I am sure it will. Not too add fuel to the fire but Abramson had some parting shots on other candidates

In addition to the seven candidates who interviewed with Miami, Stanford coach David Shaw and former Tampa Bay coach Jon Gruden made the initial list.

Miami was high on Tampa Bay offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter and New England defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, requesting to interview both of them.

The Dolphins also were interested in New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, but it doesn’t appear the interest was mutual.

Bellichek went from being almost a father figure to Mangini to being his worst enemy when he went to a division rival.

After that I don't think any NE coach would have the balls to that again.

This. Absolutely this.

Bill Belichick is a miserable piece of ****.
