I was at the 82 Miami and San Diego game. That game was better ...players had to be carried off the field from dehydration. That game had crazy ups and downs....still the greatest NFL game ever played.

I wasn’t there, but I watched it. I can only speak from my experience.

Nah. Just like to see some new faces in the SB and I’ll almost always root for the underdog once my teams are out of contention. You’re talking about a guy over here who would kick holes in walls when we lost playoff games, etc. Chiefs will be in the SB for the 3rd year in a row. Enough already. I get tired of it. There are two guys I can never root for in the game today and that’s Brady and Belichik - due to all of the cheating that went on. After that, **** it.

In case you didn't notice, the elite QBs make the trenches and defenses irrelevant. Especially late when defenses are worn down.

Key point made here. “Especially late when defenses are worn” - this is spot on and why the OT rules should allow both teams to possess the ball 1x. In a game like this, no one is making a defensive stop at the end. So make it come down to a 2 pt try if you have to.
