BIP - does Daboll call the plays or is he just one of those “game plan prep” guys? I ask because he’s stunk horribly everywhere he’s been - including Miami and I really don’t want him as our next coach. Am curious if he really leads the offense on game day or is it McD?

Daboll controls the complete offense. He calls plays. He Allen and Dorsey install the weekly plan. Only time McD controls anything on offense is when to go for it on 4th.

Now McD will take playcalling from Frazier at times. When he thinks Frazier is being too conservative he takes playcalling over on Defense.
