I hated that I had to root for the Cowboys there, and I hate that our draft pick got worse. But the Niners otherwise are a fun team to root for.

I kind of like these classic rivalries again. First cowboys and niners like in the 80s and 90s, but now niners vs packers which were huge playoff matches too. I remember seeing Steve Young vs Favre that was fun to watch. Obviously only one team has a great, franchise qb here between the two teams, but still.

It looked like Dak was looking to pass initially, but then ran trying to improve and desperate to make a big play. It might've been called for that, but it looked like it was dak doing improv with scrambling which he does sometimes

With current rules favoring the offense you have to be able to score TD’s consistently and especially starting the game. So far all 4 wildcard winners took opening drive and scored a TD. Take the lead and never look back.
I hope the Packers do beat up on them. I just wanted Jerry Jones to go home and cry in his mansion again.

I know jerry wanted to hold off on paying dak for so long and finally gave in. I wonder how he feels paying dak top 3 qb money when dak is not even top 10 imo. With that talent cowboys have, I feel they've underperformed again. And how jerry feels about mccarthy's bone headed calls too and bad time managment. I can;t blame dak in a way because you're going to want to get paid based on the market and it's natural to have self bias. And I think most people feel they are better than they truly are. But it's kind of annoying for such a seemingly nice dude, to way overvalue his skills. I just don't like when people are a little blind in their own self bias. He feels he's a top 3 qb, but he's not even top 10
