Run blocking wasn't the OL issue really last year, it was pass blocking. Mostert had 5.1 ypc, Achane 7.8, Wilson 4.6, Brooks 5.6 ypc...why are we crying about not having the blocking for the RB's?? I think that's a foolish take, we need better pass pro!!

Ahmed doesn't carry any dead cap, Wilson does.

I don’t think he carries that much. I think they would have a net savings by cutting him. I actually like Wilson but Miami clearly is trying to upgrade the position.

So what is the difference between Wright and Achane?

Achane has elite vision. I'm not sure on Wright yet, b/c of Tenn's gimmicky run offense.

Wright is 210 with 4.38 speed, Achane is 190 with 4.37 speed.

Achane ran 4.32

Not a Canes fan but Leonard Taylor seems to have all the tools. Would you canes fans like him at 158? I think Weaver could do work with the kid

That was my thought as well. I watched the Tenn/Fla game and I could never decide if Wright was a great RB or UF was a poor run D. UF's Etienne had a great day, but I was sure it was poor Tenn run D. Wright flashed for me as a runner, receiver and in pass pro. He's clearly an elite athlete, but I can't decide if he has good vision yet.

I think his vision looked fine.
