An NFL QB shouldn't be rattled by getting hit that much. If he does... he is clearly not your franchise QB. He or any QB should have more mental toughness at this point in their career (if they made it to hte NFL).
You cut waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much slack to RT. Yes he gets hit a lot, but AGAIN THAT DOES NOT GIVE HIM AN EXCUSE TO PLAY POORLY WHEN THE TIME IS AFFORDED TO HIM!!!!! It doesn't matter if he is getting hit a lot.
