Hopefully he doesn't miss any games.Tua will have a winning record.
With Mr. "I like profits more than winning" Ross being the one to decide, then I don't think so. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing them go 1-16 or even winless if it would guarantee a complete housecleaning. However, unless Ross changes his attitude about winning, it's highly possible that the next GM and HC could be just as incompetent as what they have now, since Ross values the GM and HC getting along more than having them be successful.I can see this happening, even without having watched the video. The question is: will two 8-9 seasons be enough to clean house?
I would hate to see 1-16, but on the other hand, sign me up for whatever gets rid of each of the 3 amigos, Grier, McMoron and Tua.With Mr. "I like profits more than winning" Ross being the one to decide, then I don't think so. I know what you mean, 1-16 or winless is pretty bad. However, IMO, getting a new regime who knows what they're doing would be worth putting up with a season like that.I would hate to see 1-16, but on the other hand, sign me up for whatever gets rid of each of the 3 amigos, Grier, McMoron and Tua.

Previously, I often said that I thought Philbin was the worst thing to ever happen to the Dolphins, but then McDaniel came along and out-finessed queasy Joe. That said, Ross is responsible for both of them and Grier, so he's the reason why Miami is a weak team that gets pushed around by tough physical teams and is a pretender, not a contender. Ross is the worst thing that ever happened to this team!
