Yeah and Zach Taylor is still here. Why? Just can that douche already. Lazor is the QB coach.

It's funny because for a while my stance was "Well, just because Taylor is Sherman's son-in-law, we don't know if he's bad or not. He could actually be a good coach."

Hearing GM_Davenport come in and say "QB's footwork and mechanics are bad and he needs real coaching" followed by Lazor coming in and trying to fix exactly that leads me to believe that nope, I was wrong, Zac Taylor isn't actually a good coach.

I think Tannehill would benefit tremendously if he worked with Peyton Manning on footwork during his next offseason.

Where was Philbin in all of this, he created a problem by not getting the best QB coach to help RT, look at what he's doing to Jordan again under pressure to become a DE and suspended 6 weeks.

Sure, but footwork is a critical component in consistent, accurate throws. Some people believe that you either have accuracy or you don't, but everything I know about football is just the opposite. Tom Brady used to routinely work with that one QB coach, I forget the man's name, to clean up his footwork and mechanics in the off-season. He did it to improve and maintain his throwing accuracy.

But again, the question is whether or not this is too little too late, and if Tannehill can put it together in time. Tick tock.

Coach Tom Martinez, who passed away last year I think. Dude was a QB guru by the most strict understanding. I would kill to have him coach up RT.

Zac Taylor was woefully underqualifiied to be the Qb coach of an NFL team with a young project. It was nice to have him along to help make RT more comfortable but we should have gotten someone with more experience leading the way.

Still he may be an ambitious and bright young man so worth having around to school up.
